Having an advantage against your competitors is not enough. Capitalize on your advantage by making sure your competitors have a hard time to replicate how you do it. An article in KISSmetrics shows a number of businesses having hard-to-copy competitive advantages over competitors. Competitive advantage over competitors can also mean that you need to market what is unique in your business also know as your unique selling point (USP). Every business should have one. Do you? What makes your business unique against your competitors?
If you have a great USP, then you are making an unfair advantage over your competitors.
